case1A hypo-pharyngeal flat lesion

An irregular flat mucosa was observed in hypopharynx. NBI showed a well demarcated whitish lesion. And, NBIME revealed irregular micro vessels. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?

WLI revealed a reddish flat lesion in the lesser curvature of gastric body. The demarcation line was unclear by WLI. The border was also unclear by NBI. There are multiple elevation in the oral side. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?
