Case Presentation at Endo-Skill Update 2016
case1An esophageal elevated lesion
The patient referred from the emergent unit for treatment of bleeding esophageal ulcer, and was treated by clips and PPI two months ago. Endoscopy showed an elevated lesion partially covered by squamous cell epithelium. And the lesion had a deep ulcer scar in the left side. How do you diagnose and treat it?
case2A gastric flat depressed lesion
The patient was treated by eradication therapy for atrophic gastritis, one year ago. A flat reddish lesion was found by screening EGD. The lateral extension of the lesion was unclear by WLI and IC dye spreading. And, there were numerous small red depressed lesions around it. What’s your diagnosis?
case3A colonic LST-NG
A lateral spreading tumor non-granular type was found in the transverse colon. Irregular surface and vessel pattern were observed by NBI magnified endoscopy. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?
case4A gastric flat lesion
Eradication therapy was performed for atrophic gastritis in 2013. A flat red lesion was found by the screening endoscopy. The lateral extension was unclear by WLI and IC dye spreading. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion.
