case1A flat protuberant lesion in LSBE

A flat protuberant lesion was found in the previous hospital, and diagnosed as adenocarcinoma , 0-IIa, T1a-LPM, 1 cm in size. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion? EMR, ESD or RFA?

case2A flat protuberant lesion in Cecum

A flat protuberant lesion was found on the fold of cecum. The surface was flat, but a part was one step higher in the periphery. NBIME revealed irregular vessel pattern. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?

A gastric adenocarcioma was treated by ESD in 2017. And, R0 resection was achieved. A flat lesion was found in the surveillance EGD. The location was very close to the previous ESD scar. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?
