We will be streaming web streaming from December 21st (Saturday) to December 22nd (Sunday), so if you are interested, please apply. We will present Cases 1 to 5.

■内容

2003年に切開剥離EMR live demonstrationとして開始された本live demoは2007年には最先端の診断も供覧するEndo-Skill Updateへと進化しました。
当初の目的であった、最先端の内視鏡診断技術およびESDを世界へ普及させるという目的は十分達成されたため、Endo-Skill Update 2024を持って最終回と致します。
日本消化器内視鏡学会の指針に従い、今回はreal timeでのWeb配信は行わず、佐久医療センターにてlive demoを供覧致します。また、WebストリーミングのWeb配信は許容されたため、時差を考慮し、日本・アジア・オセアニア向け（12月21日13時～19時）と、欧州向け（12月21日21時～22日3時）、北南米向け（12月22日4時～10時）と3つの時間帯で配信致します。
定員は100名と少数のため、応募できなかった方はWebにてご参加下さい。

■CONTENTS

This live demonstration, which started in 2003 as a live demonstration of Endosopic Submucosal Dissection, evolved into the "Endo-Skill Update" in 2007, in which the most advanced diagnostic techniques are also presented. Since the original goal of spreading the most advanced endoscopic diagnostic techniques and ESD around the world has been fully achieved, the "Endo-Skill Update 2024" will be the final session. In accordance with the guidelines of Japanese Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, the live demonstration will be held in the hall on the first floor of the Saku Central Hospital Advanced Care Center instead of being webcast in real time. In addition, since web streaming was allowed, taking into account the time difference, we decided to distribute the services to Japan, Asia, and Oceania (from 13:00 to 19:00 on December 21st) and to Europe (from 21:00 on December 21st to 3:00 on the 22nd). ) and North and South America (December 22nd from 4:00 to 10:00).
The capacity is limited to 100 people, so if you are unable to apply, please apply online.
