case1A hypo pharyngeal lesion

A hypo pharyngeal flat lesion was found by the surveillance endoscopy after esophageal ESD. The lesion extended from right pyriform sinus to the back side of epiglottis. How do you diagnose and treat it? EMR, ESD, radiation or pharyngectomy?

case2A gastric flat protuberant lesion

A flat protuberant lesion with central depression was found at the angle by screening EGD. The lateral extension of the lesion was unclear by WLI. Does the lesion has ulcer scar ? Is it T1b cancer? How do you diagnose and treat the lesion?

An esophageal flat depressed lesion was found by a screening EGD. The color was reddish and the surface was a little bit irregular. How do you diagnose and treat this lesion?

Two lateral spreading tumor granular type were found in the ascending colon. Irregular surface and vessel pattern were observed by NBI magnified endoscopy. How do you diagnose and treat these lesions?

case5A colonic protuberant lesion with marginal depression

A small protuberant lesion with marginal depression was found in the sigmoid colon. The size was only 8 mm. How do you diagnose and treat this patient? EMR, ESD or surgical operation?
